图记用于在设备上整理图片、视频、Prompt、参考素材和标签。App 使用您的 Apple iCloud 账号同步资料，没有独立的用户账号系统、广告或第三方分析 SDK，不向开发者的服务器自动上传作品、提示词或使用日志。

本地存储

您导入的媒体、文字及设置保存在 App 的本地容器。系统设备备份是否包含这些资料取决于您的设备设置；系统备份不等于 App 内跨设备同步。删除 App 可能删除本地资料，请先导出备份。回收站按设置的保留天数清理。

iCloud 同步

当您在 App 中开启 iCloud 同步，且系统允许本 App 使用 iCloud 时，资料库中的媒体原文件、缩略图、Prompt、灵感笔记、标签及相关元数据通过 Apple CloudKit 同步到您个人的私有数据库，占用您的 iCloud 存储空间。关闭同步后，新变更仅保存在设备上；关闭不会自动删除此前已同步的云端副本。App 仍在设备保存本地资料；同步不提供仅保留云端原图的空间优化功能。编辑、归档、回收站及永久删除会传播到使用同一 iCloud 账号且已开启同步的设备，同步不能替代独立备份。网络、系统调度或空间不足可能导致同步延迟。您可在系统设置中管理 App 的 iCloud 使用及存储。Apple 按其服务条款和隐私政策处理这些数据，开发者不通过自有服务器接收您的资料库。

访问权限与剪贴板

App 通过系统选择器读取您主动选择的照片、视频和文件。保存到相册时请求新增照片权限。只有您点击粘贴时才读取剪贴板。系统分享扩展接收您主动分享的内容，并暂存在同一开发者 App 的共享容器，主 App 成功导入后清理收件箱。

网络下载

只有您主动粘贴媒体网址并导入时，App 才向该网址及其重定向目标发起下载。目标网站可能收到 IP 地址、请求网址等正常网络请求信息，其处理方式由该网站的隐私政策决定。App 不把本地作品附加到这些请求中。

分享、备份与恢复

导出文件包含您选择的作品及相关 Prompt、参考素材和元数据。备份包含整个资料库，包括归档和回收站内容。文件未加密，请妥善保管，并仅分享给您信任的对象。保存到第三方网盘或通过其他 App 分享后，相关服务会按其政策处理文件。

反馈

反馈功能预填设备型号、系统版本和 App 版本。您可以编辑内容，并由您确认发送；App 不会自动发送邮件或附加作品。您发送的邮箱地址和反馈内容会由开发者用于回复和解决问题，并按邮箱服务商的政策处理。您可联系开发者请求删除已发送的反馈信息。

Lumalog Privacy Policy

Lumalog organizes images, videos, prompts, references, and tags on your device. The app uses your Apple iCloud account to sync your library. It has no separate account system, advertising, or third-party analytics SDK. It does not automatically upload your work, prompts, or usage logs to developer servers.

Local storage

Imported media, text, and preferences stay in the app's local container. Inclusion in system device backups depends on your device settings; device backup is separate from app synchronization. Uninstalling the app may delete local data. Export a backup first. Trash is purged according to your selected retention period.

iCloud synchronization

When you enable iCloud sync in the app and system settings allow iCloud access, original media, thumbnails, prompts, inspiration notes, tags, and related library metadata sync through Apple CloudKit to your private database and count toward your iCloud storage. After you disable sync, new changes remain on the device; disabling it does not automatically delete an existing cloud copy. The app also keeps local data; it does not offer cloud-only originals or optimized device storage. Edits, archiving, trash, and permanent deletions propagate to devices using the same iCloud account with sync enabled. Sync is not an independent backup. Network conditions, system scheduling, or insufficient storage may delay transfers. Manage the app's iCloud access and storage in system Settings. Apple processes this data under its terms and privacy policy; the developer does not receive your library on developer-operated servers.

Permissions and clipboard

System pickers grant access to the photos, videos, and files you select. Saving to Photos requests add-only permission. Clipboard access occurs when you tap Paste. The share extension receives content you choose to share, queues it in the app group container, and removes it after successful import by the main app.

Network downloads

When you paste and import a media URL, Lumalog requests that URL and any redirect destination. The destination may receive your IP address, requested URL, and normal request information, subject to its privacy policy. Local works are not attached to these requests.

Sharing, backup, and restore

Exports contain the selected work, prompt, references, and metadata. Library backups also include archived and trashed entries. Files are not encrypted; store them securely and share only with trusted recipients. Third-party storage and sharing services process files according to their own policies.

Feedback

Feedback prefills the device model, OS version, and app version. You may edit these and must confirm sending. Lumalog does not automatically send email or attach artwork. Your email address and feedback are used to respond and resolve issues, and are processed by email service providers under their policies. Contact the developer to request deletion of feedback correspondence.
