为你的观看方式选择布局
标准、侧栏、底部与悬浮字幕四种视图，让你对照阅读双语文字、在视频旁跟读，或同时打开其他应用记笔记。字幕窗口支持拖动和缩放，界面支持浅色与深色模式。
回放与复习
开启“保存音频”后，可以拖动进度条回放已保存的音频。高亮并收藏单词和句子，在收藏中回顾原句、翻译和来源记录。转写支持导出 TXT、SRT 和 JSONL。
在本机处理
使用 macOS 26 或更新版本，并需要当前 Mac 支持 Apple SpeechTranscriber。首次使用需授予屏幕与系统音频录制、语音识别权限，并下载语言资源。所支持的识别语言与翻译语言对取决于系统可用资源；转写及翻译结果可能有误，请核对重要内容。
Watch, listen, and understand
CoolCaption captures your Mac’s system audio, transcribes it with Apple’s on-device speech models, and provides translations through Apple Translation. Follow foreign-language videos, listen to audio, and practice your listening skills.
A layout for the way you watch
Choose Standard, Sidebar, Bottom, or floating Subtitle view. Read bilingual text, follow captions beside a video, or take notes in another app. Move and resize the caption window, and choose a light or dark appearance.
Replay and review
Enable Save Audio to replay saved audio and drag the timeline to revisit a moment. Highlight and save words or sentences with their original context, translation, and source recording. Export transcripts as TXT, SRT, or JSONL.
Processed on your Mac
Requires macOS 26 or later and a Mac that supports Apple SpeechTranscriber. First use requires screen and system audio recording permission, speech recognition permission, and language resource downloads. Available recognition languages and translation pairs depend on system resources. Transcription and translation may contain errors; verify important content.
