CoolCaption 隐私政策

处理方式
CoolCaption 使用 Apple SpeechAnalyzer / SpeechTranscriber 在设备上识别系统音频，并使用 Apple Translation 在设备上翻译。App 不向开发者服务器上传音频、转写、翻译或收藏内容；不包含广告、第三方分析 SDK 或独立用户账号系统。
权限与音频捕获
你主动开始监听后，App 通过 ScreenCaptureKit 捕获 Mac 的系统输出音频，并排除 CoolCaption 自身的声音。此权限由 macOS 归入“屏幕与系统音频录制”；App 仅订阅音频输出，不读取或保存屏幕画面。App 同时请求语音识别权限。你可停止监听，并在系统设置中撤销权限。系统音频可能包含其他应用播放的敏感内容，请留意监听期间正在播放的声音。
本地保存
会话转写、翻译、时间信息、收藏词句和设置保存在本机。开启“保存音频”时，音频也写入本地会话目录，用于回放；关闭后不再保存后续音频，但不会自动删除已保存文件。App 没有内置云端同步。系统备份或你自行使用的同步软件可能按其设置包含这些文件。
语言资源与联网
首次使用或选择新语言时，Apple 系统服务可能需要联网下载识别和翻译资源。资源下载及系统服务由 Apple 管理；设备本地识别与翻译不等于首次设置无需联网。Apple 系统服务的数据处理受 Apple 隐私政策约束。
导出、复制与分享
只有你主动执行复制、导出或分享时，所选内容才会被放入剪贴板或保存、交给你选择的应用与位置。导出的文件可能含原文、翻译或收藏上下文，不由 App 额外加密。请妥善保管；第三方应用或存储服务会按其政策处理你交给它们的资料。
删除与控制
可将会话移入回收站、恢复或永久删除；回收站按设置的保留周期自动清理。收藏内容另存于本地收藏库，如需删除，请同时管理相应收藏。永久删除本地记录不会删除你已导出的文件、系统备份或外部副本。
联系与支持
你发送给 theodoruszq@gmail.com 的邮件地址、反馈文字及主动附加的文件用于回复和解决问题，并由邮箱服务商按其政策处理。App 不会自动发送反馈或附件。可通过该邮箱请求删除支持邮件中提供的个人信息。

Processing
CoolCaption uses Apple SpeechAnalyzer / SpeechTranscriber to recognize system audio on your device and Apple Translation to translate on your device. The app does not upload audio, transcripts, translations, or saved highlights to developer-operated servers. It has no advertising, third-party analytics SDK, or separate user account system.
Permissions and audio capture
After you start listening, ScreenCaptureKit captures your Mac’s system output audio and excludes CoolCaption’s own audio. macOS groups this permission under Screen & System Audio Recording; the app subscribes only to audio output and does not read or save screen images. It also requests speech recognition permission. Stop listening in the app or revoke permissions in System Settings. System audio can include sensitive content played by other apps; be mindful of what is playing during capture.
Local storage
Session transcripts, translations, timestamps, saved words and sentences, and preferences stay on your Mac. When Save Audio is enabled, audio is written to the local session folder for replay. Disabling it stops saving subsequent audio and does not delete existing files. There is no built-in cloud synchronization. System backups or synchronization software you use may include these files according to your settings.
Language resources and network access
Initial setup or a new language may require Apple system services to download speech and translation resources. Apple manages these downloads and system services. On-device recognition and translation do not mean that initial setup needs no internet connection. Apple’s handling of its system services is subject to its privacy policy.
Export, copy, and sharing
When you choose to copy, export, or share, selected content is placed on the clipboard, saved, or passed to the app or location you select. Exported files may contain original text, translations, or saved context, and are not additionally encrypted by CoolCaption. Store them securely. Third-party apps and storage services handle information you give them under their own policies.
Deletion and control
Move sessions to Trash, restore them, or permanently delete them. Trash is cleared according to your retention setting. Saved highlights are stored separately in a local study library; manage those highlights as well if you want to remove them. Deleting local records does not remove exports, system backups, or external copies.
Contact and support
Your email address, feedback, and attachments you choose to send to theodoruszq@gmail.com are used to respond and resolve issues, and are processed by email service providers under their policies. The app does not automatically send feedback or attachments. Email this address to request deletion of personal information provided in support correspondence.
